My Disney Experience, for the simple fact that it keeps all of your information all in one place. Resort reservations, theme park tickets, special event tickets, FastPass+ selections, dining reservations and Memory Maker to name a few.
At this time,
Disney’s Magical Express information is not displayed in My Disney Experience online or in the mobile app. Flight information is not listed in the app or your online account either. However, your information is connected to your account. Even though you can’t see it, the Cast Members at Disney’s Magical Express Welcome Center will be able to confirm or update any changes to your departing flight. I’m not sure if your flights are a part of a package or were booked separately by a travel agent or yourself. If your flights were part of your vacation package, you should have received a packet with that information and instructions on how to print your tickets and boarding passes.
You will receive travel information in the mail from Disney’s Magical Express approximately 4 weeks before your scheduled check-in date. You will receive a letter that will list your arriving and departing flights along with your special yellow luggage tags. You will attach these tags to you bags before checking them at your point of departure. If your information is not correct or changes, you can contact Disney’s Magical Express with the updated information at (407)939-1936. I hope that answers your question.
