    I cannot access the PhotoPass website from my computer. I get an error message saying that the site cannot be displayed. I cannot access it from the Disney website. I have accessed it before- has the address changed?

    Hi Tara Beth,

    As far as I know, the website for Disney's PhotoPass service has not changed.  It can still be found at www.disneyphotopass.com; I checked it earlier today.  It sounds like you might be experiencing momentary technical difficulties with the site.  I recommend that you call their Guest Service line at (407) 560-4300 to see if they could provide you with assistance.

    I'll keep my fingers crossed that you will be able to access the site again soon.
