I cancelled one of my three Fast Pass reservations for AK and want to add a new one. It appears in order to schedule a new one the two that I want to keep will be wiped out as well. Is this true?

    Hi Melissa,

We're so happy you stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel today!  Thanks so much for sending your question to us!

I know how important it is to get exactly the FastPass+ selections you're dreaming of for your Walt Disney World vacation, so I'm sorry to hear you've having trouble with those for your day at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.  I wish I had an easy fix to offer so that you could add back that third FastPass+ without losing the other 2 you already have, but unfortunately, that's not something that can currently be done in My Disney Experience.

The issue comes up when you go to change one of your 3 selections after they have been made.  When you choose to cancel a FastPass+ selection, rather than updating it (to replace it with another), the system assumes that you don't want that third one at all and then won't allow you to go back and add it back in later.  To avoid that issue in the future, you can always update a FastPass+ selection with something else, even if it's just a temporary choice, so that you keep the option of still having 3 available to you.

At this point, you have a couple options.  You can cancel the 2 FastPass+ selections have you remaining and start over again, but you do run the risk of losing those attractions and/or times.  The other option is to try calling the FastPass+ help line at (407) 939-4357 to see if they can add back a third one for you.  I've called a few times and have always had great luck getting help with my issues, so hopefully they can do the same for you.

We'd love to hEAR from you again if we can help answer any other questions, Melissa.  Have a magical day!
