    I cancelled a dining reservation because I got a better time. I’ve already received an email with a confirmation number showing that the reservation has been cancelled. But why is the cancelled reservation still showing in the My Disney Experience app?

    I understand your concern.  Unfortunately, technology sometimes takes longer to catch up.  Here are a couple recommendations... Log out and back into your My Disney Experience account.  Sometimes refreshing the page does the trick.  If that doesn't work, perhaps give it a little time to update.  I have had the same situation happen but found that the cancelled dining reservation disappeared overnight.  Lastly, you can always call the helpful phone agents for My Disney Experience at (407) 939-4357.  In the meantime, save that cancellation email for reference.
