    Mariana from CA Asked

How can I cancel my annual pass?

    Hello, Mariana!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for stopping by with your question about Disneyland Resort Annual Passports. I’m a longtime Passholder myself and have loved the ability to visit the theme parks many times a year for one price!

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to cancel an active Annual Passport. Once you purchase an Annual Passport and sign the contract agreeing to its terms and conditions, you are unable to cancel it or stop making the monthly payments, and you’ll incur additional charges if you do miss a payment. If you make monthly payments on your pass, you can pay the remaining balance you owe early without penalty, which would eliminate your monthly payments. If you paid for your pass in full up front, you can certainly stop visiting the theme parks with your Annual Passport, but you won’t receive a refund for months when you don’t enter the parks. However, I suggest calling Annual Passport Member Services at (714) 781-4567 to explain your situation if you’re experiencing difficulty upholding your contract. They may be able to help with payment arrangements so you can still fulfill your Annual Passport obligation.

I hope this information helps, Mariana. If there are any other Annual Passport or general Disneyland Resort planning questions you have, please stop by again. We’d be happy to assist you!

    Wishing you magic,
