How can I cancel my annual pass?

    Hi Courtney,
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I'm sad to know you may be looking into cancelling your Disney Annual Passport!
But I completely understand that there may be a situation out of your control that may require you to discontinue use of your Passport.
Here's what I know about cancelling an Annual Passport:
*Terms and conditions clearly state that Disney Annual Passports are nonrefundable and nontransferable. For guests who purchased their Annual Passport upfront, this would simply mean they wouldn't be granted a refund if they have remaining months of use.
*If you're a California resident making monthly payments on the Annual Passport, you can pay off the remaining balance on your Passport when you're ready to cancel and no penalties will be assessed. However, once you agree to purchase an Annual Passport, you are not allowed to cancel it halfway through your term (basically stop making payments on it). However, if you call guest relations, they may be able to help with payment arrangements so you can take care of the balance on the Passport.
*If your Annual Passport term has ended, you don't necessarily have to cancel. You simply don't renew, which will in essence, end your contract.
    I hope this helps.
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
