    We're from Canada but flying from Michigan-Orlando and are going to use the Magic Express but since we're from Canada we won't get magic bands or luggage tags in the mail will our bags still be delivered to our room without a Disney tag?

    Hi Cassandra, 

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

    As a fellow Canadian, I can confirm that, although we don’t receive MagicBands in the mail prior to our check-in at our Walt Disney World Resort hotel, if you’ve registered with Disney’s Magical Express, you should receive the yellow luggage tags in the mail. If you haven’t received them a month before your departure, please call them back in order to double-check that they’ve got your reservation. 

    If you don’t receive your luggage tags prior to your departure for whatever reason, you can still have your luggage sent to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room. Please keep the luggage claim tags that you got when you checked your luggage for your flight. Bring them to the Disney’s Magical Express check-in desk and they’ll arrange to have them retrieved and delivered to your Resort.
