    I have will call tickets; however, I was able to get a MyMagic code and link the tickets to MyDisneyExperience. We aren't staying on property so we won't get MagicBands. Do we still need to go to will call to exchange the voucher for tickets?

    Hi Sonia!

    It is wonderful to hear you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort soon!  I hope you enjoy using My Disney Experience as much as I do.  Now, even when staying off property, you are able to make your FastPass+ reservations prior to your visit! The MyMagic code you received allows you to link your tickets and begin planning your vacation through My Disney Experience, however, you will still need to visit Guest Relations in order to exchange your voucher for physical tickets.  Your park tickets are what will grant you entry into the parks and also, they store your FastPass+ information, allowing you entry to your selected attraction during your reservation window.
