When you call Disney to book your WDW vacation, what is required financially at that time? Are there certain deadlines like when booking a cruise?

    Hi Brian!

When making a room-only reservation at a Walt Disney World Resort, you will be required to make a deposit within 7 days of booking. The deposit will be the same amount as one night's stay. The balance must then be paid at check-in. If, however, you are arriving within the next 30 days, the deposit needs to be paid at the time of booking and the balance still at check-in. If you are booking a package, you will need to make a $200 deposit within 7 days and the balance is required 45 days before your arrival date. If you are arriving within the 45 day mark, however, you will need to pay for the entire package at the time of booking. As you are making your plans, hop on over to the Resorts page of the Walt Disney World website for more information about all of the incredible options for places to stay. There is something for everyone, that's for sure!

Thanks for stopping by. Please let us know if we can help you any further. Have a wonderful day!
