Are there any California or Los Angeles resident discount tickets for Disneyland?

Hiya, Robin, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I hope you’re having the most magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth! Summer is a great time to visit the parks. In fact, here are the top 10 things to do at the Disneyland Resort this summer. One of my favorites? The Star Wars-themed summer overlay on Space Mountain, also known as Hyperspace Mountain! You won’t want to miss this limited-time high-speed adventure!

Though there aren’t currently any California or Los Angeles resident discount tickets available at the Disneyland Resort, you can still check the Offers & Discounts page for the latest promotions. Currently, there is, however, a great deal on theme-park tickets and Resort hotel stays for members of the U.S. Military. I recommend checking back in January, since that’s normally the month that the Southern California Resident Ticket Offer returns. The Disney Parks Blog is normally the first to break this news, so stay tuned!

When looking for the best deal on your theme-park tickets, keep in mind that multi-day tickets are normally the best deal. Tickets are available in three tiers: Value, Regular, and Peak. Summer brings Peak pricing, so if you’re hoping to save money on tickets, I recommend looking for tickets during times of year that tend to be less crowed, and therefore offer Value pricing.

Wishing you a pixie-dusted Disney day at the Disneyland Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Hello from sunny California! I currently live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder for about 20 years! As a mom of three kids under the age of 7, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to “The Happiest Place on Earth!”
