    The California Grill is still closed, but it used to not take reservations, now it does and it says it is Booked solid in November when I am going to WDW. Is this a glitch? or did I miss out?

    Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm glad that you wrote in!

    For a brief period of time, the Disney Dining System was indeed allowing reservations at the California Grill beginning in November. As of currently, there is not yet a confirmed date for the restaurant to re-open and therefore reservations have stopped being accepted. This certainly does not mean that there won't be availability for reservations during the month of November. The online Disney Dining page currently is automatically generating a message indicating that there are no reservations available simply as a default until such time as a re-open date is confirmed.

    To stay up to date on the latest California Grill news, I'd recommend that you keep a close eye on the Disney Parks Blog website and even "Like" the Disney Parks Blog Facebook Page if you're a Facebook user. You can subscribe to the Blog online (see the orange box in the upper right below the search window) and receive daily Disney News updates right to your email! This way, you'll be sure to be amongst the first to know when dining reservations will begin to be accepted at the California Grill again.
