If I buys shirts through the Shop Disney Parks app and the size is wrong can I return/exchange them at WDW when we are there in Oct? There shirts are currently showing at several parks including Disney Springs but prefer to get ahead of time if I can.

    Hi Tiffany,

So awesome that you'll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort this coming October. The Fall is a wonderful time to visit with two must-see experiences. Mickey and friends invite you to celebrate the spooky season in Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. And in Epcot you can taste some delicacies from all over the world, in Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.

Not too long ago I visited the Resort and actually needed to purchase some shirts at the last minute. Three days before my check-in, I pulled out the Shop Disney Parks mobile app and had them delivered to my Resort hotel. Once I arrived, I picked them up, and unfortunately one of them was a bit big. So I returned it and purchased a new smaller sized one. Very easy!

One last tip: sometimes you may see something at store, but you are in a rush to get to your FastPass+ or dining reservation. Just use the app to purchase your gifts and have it delivered to the front of the park, to your Resort hotel, or even home!

    See you real soon!

    Ricardo.
