Hi! i am buying the park tickets through the Internet but will only be picking the tickets when i arrive to the US in a month's time. Do i need the physical ticket to make the Fastpass reservations 30 days in advance? many thanks!

    Hi Noemi,

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel to ask your question. Good news: if you purchase your Walt Disney World theme park tickets online, you will not need to physically have them in order to make FastPass+ selections. Once you make your online purchase, you will be given a confirmation code. This code is used to add your tickets to your My Disney Experience account under the "My Reservations and Tickets" section. Once the code is successfully added, you'll be able to make your FastPass+ selections for your upcoming magical vacation.

If you find that you are having difficulty adding the tickets with the confirmation number, or you would like step-by-step assistance from a cast member, please call (407) 939-4357. If you are still out of the US, please take a look at the Walt Disney World Help & Support page, and at the bottom, click your corresponding country to get the proper phone number to use.

I hope this information helps you, Noemi. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask us at any time. We're always here to help.
