When I buy the resort and ticket package, I readed that is a charge of 200 usd of deposit, but I want to know when do I need to pay the rest at the resort lobby or is
Disney going to charge me the rest before my check in?

    Hi Isaac!

With the current policies in place today, if you've booked a vacation package (resort plus tickets), you have to pay for the entire package by 45 days prior to check-in.  If you are booking less than 45 days in advance, then you have to pay in full right away.  However, you can change or cancel your reservation without penalty up until 45 days in advance.

The other option is to just have a "room only" reservation.  With a room only reservation, you just have to pay a deposit equal to the rate for one night.  The rest of the cost isn't due until check-in with the exception of online bookings on the Disney site; if you're booking online with Disney then full payment is required if reserving within 45 days of arrival.

I hope this helps.  Write back if you have any more questions!
