I am going to buy annual passes for myself and my wife. I know that the year starts when I activate the passes. As I will be stating at a Disney Resort will I be able to book FastPasses up to 60 days prior to activation of the annual passes?

    Hi William!

We have been Walt Disney World Passholders for 12 years now and love having the flexibility of visiting as often as we'd like as well as the awesome discounts and special offers!  You are correct, your year starts when you activate your passes, but you can make your FastPass+ selections at the 60/30 day mark without having them activated.  As long as the passes are linked to your My Disney Experience account and you have assigned them to the correct Guest, that counts as having valid park tickets which is needed when starting your FastPass+ planning.

If you purchase your annual passes online, you will receive an email confirmation.  You can link this confirmation number to your My Disney Experience account by clicking on "My Reservations and Tickets" and then "Link Tickets" in the second section.  Input your confirmation number on the next page and then assign the tickets to the appropriate Guests.  You're all set!

    Have a magical day!
