    Jaime from AK Asked

Hi! I've been busy planning our first trip to WDW as well as family reunion at WDW! We are all staying at SOG and wondering if we are able to stay for the extra magic hours? Also, we are coming from Alaska-how hot is it at WDW May 16-24?

Hi, Jaime!   May is a great time to visit Florida, though it will probably seem a bit hot compared to Alaska!   The average daily temperature is 77 degrees, with an average high temperature of 88 degrees.

By staying at Shades of Green, you do qualify for Extra Magic Hours.   You will need to have your valid resort ID with you.   The resort's website has a lot of great information, check it out before your vacation.

Have a safe trip to Florida coming all the way from Alaska!
