How busy does Disney World get during march break? what would be the best resort to stay at?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Lory! I’m glad to hEAR that your vacation is drawing closer. I’m sure you’ve made your Advance Dining Reservations for all your favorite table service restaurants. The Beast’s Castle, which holds Be Our Guest, can be hard to get into!

As always, I consult Undercover Tourist’s crowd calendar (you can google that) when I’m booking a vacation. The strangely accurate crowd calendar, based on a scale of 1-10, shows you how crowded any given park will be. The first week of March is a wonderful time to visit, with it’s cool weather and low crowds. I find that as the “teens” hit, the crowds spike due to Spring Breakers, so you’ll want to plan your downtime and FastPass+ reservations carefully. As for a choice of hotel, if you are still traveling with a large party, the Little Mermaid rooms at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort or at Disney's Pop Century Resort, are both good choices. Personally, I’ve stayed at Disney’s Pop Century Resort 3 out of 4 of my last visits, I love it so much.

If I can help you further, please let me know. There is so much to see at Walt Disney World Resort, you’ll never lack for activities. And be sure to sign up for Memory Maker so you’ll be able to look back and remember everything in focused detail. ~ Lindsey P.
