    Christina from CA Asked

Is it busy December 27th-January 5th at Disneyland and California adventure park? And how is the weather about at that time? Is there anything going on for New Years at Disneyland? Let em know thank you.

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Christina!

I am thrilled that you will be visiting the Disneyland Resort at the end of the year! You will get to experience the last days of the Holidays which means the festive decor will still be found in nearly every nook and cranny and you'll get to enjoy all the Holiday offerings. The Holidays are certainly a popular time to visit and I'm sure this year will be no exception. With so much splendor to be enjoyed during this time of year, lots of people make visiting during the Holidays a family tradition. You will want to start your days early and consider purchasing Disney MaxPass to make touring the parks really efficient. The weather is pretty mild in December/January with temperatures ranging from the upper 40s to the low 70s. I definitely suggest wearing a jacket in the mornings and after the sun sets.

New Year's Eve brings some special menus at dining locations throughout the Disneyland Resort. In the past, there were options for those seeking a romantic and elegant meal and those wishing to celebrate with the whole family. Keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for what to expect for this year. Additionally, you can usually count on a special fireworks spectacular on New Year's Eve. These fireworks can be pretty popular, so plan to head into Disneyland Park early to secure a spot to watch.

I hope this helps! Please stop by again with any other questions you may have!
