I just broke both my ankles. Im able to walk a little but, can't stand in long lines so I'll be renting a wheelchair. I've been told something about a pass I can apply for, does it get me to front of the line or a different line?

    Hello Stacey!

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week! I’m so sorry to hear about your recent injury.

Upon arriving at Disneyland Resort, you can go to guest services at either City Hall in Disneyland Park, or Chamber of Commerce in Disney’s California Adventure Park. There a Cast Member can assist you to tell you about the Disability Access Service Card and if you qualify for it. There are some attractions at Disneyland Resort that the wheelchair queue is in a different location, often at the exit or FASTPASS entrance for the ride, and others where wheelchairs can queue in the regular line with all guests. A Cast Member can provide you with a map detailing these locations and other points of interest that may help you throughout your visit.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need anything else as you plan your visit!

    See you real soon!
