We are bringing our 5 yr old but only have two days. Can you recommend the right parks to visit? I keep hearing Epcot is "too big" for him so we've decided not to visit there. We are torn between Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Hollywo

Hi Tara! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I am glad to hEAR you are planning a Disney vacation for your family. My daughter is also 5 years old and she always have unforgettable moments at WDW.
Magic Kingdom Park is absolutely my first option for their age range. Full of charm and magic, it is the happiest place on Earth. Many attractions, meet-and-greet opportunities with Disney Characters, Princesses and parades, will make this a very special day. I suggest you consider a Character Dining Experience at The Crystal Palace, a delicious buffet restaurant. While you dine, Winnie The Pooh and some of his friends will visit you for photos and autographs. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made up to 180 days prior to your visit.
My second park would be Disney’s Hollywood Studios, another great place for smaller kids. Shows and attractions are themed after Disney and Pixar movies and are so much fun. You can’t miss Fantasmic!, a breathtaking fireworks and water show that happens at this park.
Make your FastPass+ selections in advance and get ready to have lots of fun!
Hope this information helps your planning. Don't hesitate to come back if you have further questions.
    Have a magical day!
