Bringing my 2-year-old daughter to FL in May for 3 days (we have 2 free 3-day passes for myself and husband). We plan to spend 1 day in the Magic Kingdom and 1 day in Animal Kingdom. For the 3rd day, should we do Magic Kingdom again or Epcot?

    Hi Laurie,

I would absolutely opt for a second day in the Magic Kingdom given your daughter's young age. This park has the most attractions and in order to truly enjoy everything, two days of touring are truly necessary. This allows your family to slow down, visit characters, enjoy a nice meal, see a parade, and not have to rush through Disney's iconic park.

Epcot is a sprawling park that would require two days to do it justice as well. I suggest that you make the most of the Magic Kingdom and save Epcot for a future visit. One day at the Animal Kingdom will work well.

Remember that it will be hot and humid so take a nice afternoon break back at your hotel pool, or leave some indoor shows and attractions for the hottest part of the day. Note that most attractions at the Animal Kingdom are outdoors, however you can take breaks in air-conditioning at shows such as Festival of the Lion King.

If we can help further in making the most of your three days of touring, just let us know. Enjoy a fabulous time. My son first visited Walt Disney World shortly after his second birthday (he's now 12!) and it was absolutely memorable!
