We are bringing our 6 and 7 year old grandchildren in Oct. Where would be the best place to have dinner the night of our arrival? I would like to do something to start the week off with a dinner that SHOUTS Disney! (We are not going to a park that day)

    Greetings Tina!

I am so excited for you- visiting the Walt Disney World with grandchildren is the BEST! And, with the age of your grandchildren, you are in for a magical vacation.

In my opinion, nothing SHOUTS Disney more than a dinner at Chef Mickey's. This Character Dining location will not only make your tummies full, but it will also have you clapping and waving your napkins with the "Big Cheese" himself. This iconic dining location is located in Disney's Contemporary Resort and the monorail passers right through the heart of this resort. You can end or begin the evening with a ride on the monorail for an extra treat.

My second choice would be Storybook Dining at Artist Point with Snow White. This Prix Fixe dining experience includes a chance to meet Snow White, Dopey and Grumpy. You can even greet the Evil Queen if you dare! This dining experience is located in Disney's Wilderness Lodge, which is a truly stunning resort.

Either of these dining suggestions would get your vacation started with plenty of Disney magic.

    See ya real soon,
    Anne
