    Pennie from IL Asked

I am bringing my 6 year old grand daughter this summer the question I have is do they have something she can ride in we can rent for when she gets tired of walking

    Hiya, Pennie!

What a special treat for your granddaughter, to enjoy the magic of Disneyland Resort with her grandma! You are going to make so many special memories together. Yes, I’m happy to report that there are single jogging-style strollers available for rent just outside the Main Entrance of Disneyland Park, adjacent to the Kennel. Rented strollers can be used inside both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. If you’re looking for a stroller that can also be taken back to your hotel room, I recommend contacting City Stroller Rentals, an official vendor of the Disneyland Resort.

When my group needs a break, we enjoy taking a ride on the Disneyland Railroad and Disneyland Monorail. You can stop for a yummy DOLE WHIP with a view at The Tropical Hideaway, or feast on a Toontown Sundae in Mickey’s Toontown. Other attractions that offer a nice respite are “it’s a small world”, Jungle Cruise, and Casey Jr. Circus Train. Shows like Storytelling at Royal Theatre and Disney Junior Dance Party! offer a good break along with top-notch entertainment.

I also recommend downloading the Disneyland app before your visit. Use it to check wait times, find favorite Characters, and even order food and drinks. Adding Disney MaxPass to your tickets is also a great time-saving option, as it allows you to make Disney FASTPASS selections directly from your phone. It also includes unlimited digital downloads of your Disney PhotoPass images. Talk about a win-win!

    See ya’ real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Hello from sunny California! I currently live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder for about 20 years! As a mom of three kids under the age of 7, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to “The Happiest Place on Earth!”
