We are bringing our twin 3.5 year olds to Disney in March. We have enough points to stay at the Hilton for free, but I'm worried it's too far from the Magic Kingdom (10-15 min). How important is it to stay right next to the MK with little kids? Thx

    Hello, Diana!

Thank you for sending your wonderful question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You must be so excited about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

There are many benefits to staying at one of the many Walt Disney World Resort hotels. By no means is a 10-15 minute drive too far, but I believe that the benefits of staying on-property are so great that I always encourage families to stay at one of the Disney Resort hotels.

Here are just some of the many Disney Resort hotel benefits that will help your family have an unforgettable and stress-free vacation:

          Early access to FastPass+ selections
          Complimentary Resort Transportation
Complimentary Airport Service aboard Disney's Magical Express
          Complimentary MagicBands

I think one of the greatest benefits of staying at a Disney Resort hotel is the complimentary transportation. Getting around easily, efficiently and quickly is indispensable -- especially when traveling with children.

Quick Tip: If you happen to stay at one of the "Monorail Resorts" (Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort or Disney's Contemporary Resort) you will be a short Monorail ride from your room at all times while visiting Magic Kingdom Park.

Diana, I wish your family a magical vacation. If you have any more questions, please visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel again.
