We're bringing our 3yo and 8mo and grandparents. We're looking for things to do but I'm not really sure what parks?? It's a little overwhelming. We only have a day and a half to spend there. Please just help point me in the right direction :-) thanks

    Hi Ashlee,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for your question! It sounds as though you’re planning a wonderful Grand Adventure with your little ones and their grandparents. There will be lots of fun for all ages and things for everyone to see and do during your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. If anything, I think it’s the perfect spot for multi-generational travel because of all of the options you’ll have.

Because there’s so much choice, I know that making a plan can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when you have little ones in tow. The first place that I would definitely recommend checking would by the Planning for Pre-School Kids & Little Ones page. There, you’ll be able to consult the Preschool Parent’s Guide to Walt Disney World Resort and get a list of some of the attractions and experiences that are most likely to appeal to your little ones. I would also recommend checking out the Grand Adventure for Grandparents & Kids page for additional inspiration.

Because you only have a day and a half to spend at Walt Disney World Resort, I would recommend spending your full day at Magic Kingdom Park and your half day at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, especially if your little ones like animals.

We would love to be able to help you make your visit a Grand one for your entire family! Once you’ve had the chance to visit the links I’ve provided, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions such as dining options and what FastPass+ selections you should make.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
