Hi I am bringing my griwn daughter and two grandchildren to Dusney World in Late December. Can I purchase a disney dining plan if We are not staying in a Disney Resort?

    Hi Marenda,

Welcome to the Moms Panel! Your family will absolutely LOVE spending the Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort!

At this time, off-property hotels do not qualify to participate in any of the Dining Plans. The ability to add any of those to your resort hotel reservation is one of the many exclusive benefits of staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels.

Only Guests with Magic Your Way Vacation Packages, staying at on-site Disney Resort hotels, can add a Disney Dining Plan. Area hotels excluded from this benefit are: the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort, Shades of Green®, Disney Springs™ Area Resort Hotels, Walt Disney World Good Neighbor® Hotels, all International Drive Orlando area hotels and any other non-Disney-owned-and-operated hotel in the vicinity.

Did you know that smartphones can be used to reserve Disney dining? Simply install the My Disney Experience mobile app on your mobile device to book all your dining reservations. Then get ready for some truly delectable meals!

Disney Mom Tip: Do map out your Disney vacation via the following planning page: Grandparents + Grandkids = A Grand Adventure.

Please come back soon with more questions, Marenda. We'll be glad to help you discover the true Power of Magic!
