Bringing the grandchildren to Disney in April (age 5 and 15 months) We will have a car due to going to gulf for a few days before Disney. Staying at All Stars Music. Do you suggest keeping the car and using it or riding Disney transportation?

    Shawn,

Typically when I come to Walt Disney World I fly because I don't live all that close by. So I usually enjoy the free Magical Express service and opt to not get a rental. A nice money saver overall.

However if you already have a rental as part of a larger vacation, I would recommend you hold on to it. Because you are at a Value resort that relies exclusively on bus service, you will find that it is going to save you a ton of transportation time. It will come in especially handy if you want to dine at another resort like the Wilderness Lodge, as getting from resort to resort via bus transfers, in most cases, can be a real time drain.

    I hope that this helps!

    Have a magical vacation!
