We are bringing our grand daughter to Disney World for her first trip and would like a list of attractions / rides that 1 1/2 year olds can ride on with us. Also which attractions offer the child swap option?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Dee Dee! Thanks for stopping by and bringing us such a great question!

I’m excited you are getting ready to experience the magic through the eyes of your granddaughter. I will never forget my son’s first visit. He was right around 18-months and seeing the wonder through his eyes was pure Disney magic for my husband and me.

One of the best surprises of that visit was realizing how much we could enjoy together! Dee Dee with over 25 attractions without height restrictions at Magic Kingdom alone, you are going to be pleasantly surprised with how much you will be able to experience with your tiny princess during your visit. The best way to search for all these attractions is by visiting the attractions page on the website and doing a search for attractions with no height limit. You can even filter by theme park for specific day planning.

Once you are ready to enjoy the bigger thrills, the Rider Swap service, one I use often since my littlest is not yet tall enough for some rides, will be your go-to so the taller family members can enjoy more of the magic! I am limited in my space here, but by visiting the link highlighted here you will find the full list of attractions where you will be able to take advantage of this wonderful service!

While at the parks, be sure to locate the Baby Care Centers. These air conditioned and fully supplied havens are a great place to feed, change, and take a well-deserved break from the fun during your adventure filled days.

I hope you have an unforgettable time with your princess. Don’t forget to be in the moment and take loads of photos. You won’t want to forget this magical visit!
