Bringing my 5 children (ages 5-15) to Disney for the first time in May 2014. Would love to treat my girls age 10 and 12 to a princess makeover at BBB. Concerned about the sizing of the costumes, both girls wear a size 12 any idea what size costumes are?

Hello Julia.  Thank you for asking your question here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I have experienced the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique many many times with my daughter and I am never disappointed. It is one of my favorite experiences at Walt Disney World.  I know your daughters are going to have a princessly perfect good time!

The princess dresses offered at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique are offered on a first come first serve basis. Which means that you wont be guaranteed a dress or a size until you actually show up for your appointment and pick one out.  The dress sizes range from youth xxs to youth xl throughout Walt Disney World including at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.  What I always do is head to my local Disney Store before we leave for vacation and let my daughter pick out her own dress and bring it with us to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.  Not only does it save us some money, it is peace of mind knowing she has the dress she wants in the correct size.  At the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique you are allowed to bring your own dress and the Fairy Godmothers in Training will take it back to the changing rooms for her to change in to.  It is the exact same experience, it just doesn't cost as much doing it that way.  We select the Crown Package which includes a hair styling, makeup, nails, face gem and a sash.  It is a really fun experience that we look forward to each trip.

Have a great time, Julia.  If you have any other questions about your vacation, please feel free to ask me.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
