can we bring a wagon it the park for my 3 year old to ride in

Hey there, Belinda. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

Recently, the Disney Parks Blog released an article which made an announcement about some rules and guidelines that were getting updated at Walt Disney World. At this time, wagons are not allowed in any of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Strollers are required to be no larger than 31" wide and 52" long. Many strollers and even double jogging strollers still fit within these new guidelines. This updated policy was put in place to help the flow of traffic in the parks and ease some congestion during really busy times making the park more enjoyable for everyone. When my daughter was smaller, I actually really enjoyed renting the strollers that Walt Disney World has to offer. If you rent multiple days at a time, you get a little bit of a discount for each day. These strollers are made of a hard plastic which is really easy to wipe out in case of spills. They are easy to navigate through the crowd and my daughter always seemed to like riding in them. If those won't work for your family, you can also rent from a Disney Featured Provider and have a stroller delivered to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel when you check-in.  The strollers they offer do fit within the guidelines put in place by Disney but do have a few more bells and whistles than the basic ones you'll find to rent at the parks.

I hope this helps clear up any confusion. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
