If I Bring my own mug can I get it refilled with ice water in the parks? Is there a charge?

    Hi Nancy!

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love how thorough you are being with your planning!!! I'm so glad you asked about water! It's so important to stay hydrated!

While this is subject to change, I'm happy to tell you that currently, you absolutely can fill up your water bottles with complimentary ice water provided by the quick service dining locations. We were at Walt Disney World Resort a few weeks ago and did this very thing. You will simply get in line and place your order and/or ask for ice water. They will give you the number of cups you request and you can move to the side and refill your water bottle with the cups they provide you.

It sounds like you may already have a mug you prefer. If not, I'll share with you that we had the best luck with the double wall insulated water bottles. They kept our water cold and refreshing. You may want to be sure you can easily pour your cup of ice water into the mouth of your water bottle. My daughter has a bottle with a very small top, and it was cumbersome pouring the cups into her water bottle. We managed to get the water in but left much of the ice behind.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let me know if you need any other information as you continue planning for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

    Have a magical day!
