Can you bring your own food/drinks into the parks?

Yes.  I often bring snacks or a beverage into the WDW theme parks with me. Particularly when my children were small and had very particular food idiosyncracies, I always brought their favorite foods with me into the parks, as that was all they would really eat. Many people will bring baby food or a bag lunch with them for reasons ranging from allergies to convenience to budget.

While you are allowed to bring food, there are limits as to the container you can bring the food in. Wheeled coolers are not allowed and the lockers at the parks are not particularly large. My rule of thumb is that if one person could comfortably carry the food you're bringing in, then you're probably OK. A small soft-sided insulated bag or cooler is a good choice if you're bringing lunch with you to the park.
