Bret - first a big thanks to you and the moms for all you do! You recently answered a question about personalized menus at Coral Reef. Are there any other restaurants with unique services like this?

I believe you are referring to either THIS prior question about personalized menus and dive signs at the Coral Reef, or THIS one specifically about the menus.

I can't think of any other restaurant that offers a similar service to guests.  However, many WDW restaurants are more than willing to help you create a special moment (birthday celebration, marriage proposal, etc.), but they don't necessarily have a specific "standard" service they provide -- instead you work with the restaurant manager or the host to help implement your idea.

Other restaurants that I can think of that have some fun features (but not really services) include:
    - 50's Prime Time Cafe:  If you don't mind your manners, your motherly server may playfully give you a hard time
    - Whispering Canyon Cafe:  Lots of fun shenanigans may happen with your servers, especially at dinner.  Ask for some extra ketchup, or "accidentally" drop your fork on the floor and see what happens.
-Sci-Fi Dine-in Theatre Restaurant: Definitely not gourmet food (basically burgers, fries, and yummy shakes), but can be a memorable fun experience for the kids as they dine in pretend cars while watching classic movie clips on the huge drive-in movie screen
    - Rainforest Cafe:  Some patrons aren't wild about the food, but many families love the experience of dining in the jungle among the animatronic animals and fish in the aquariums

Hope that gives you helpful ideas.  ºoº
