We have a 7:30 am breakfast reservation at Boma. Can we park in the AKL for breakfast and keep the car there while enjoying Animal Kingdom?

Hello Craig!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

We enjoyed dining at Boma - Flavors of Africa so much during our stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge that we added 2 additional meals that we had not planned on to indulge in the breakfast and dinner buffets.

When you make an Advanced Dining Reservations at a Walt Disney World Resort Dining Location that is situated in one of the Resort Hotels, you are granted complimentary parking at that Resort Hotel for a 4-hour window around the time of your Reservation.

When you reach the Security Gates of Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, you will be granted access based on your Advanced Dining Reservations. Leaving your car all-day after early Advanced Dining Reservations is frowned upon and monitored by security.

In you situation, I would drive from breakfast at Boma - Flavors of Africa to the Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park parking lot. Parking is complimentary for Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort and Annual Passholders ($20 per day if staying off property) and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park requires a lot of walking. I love the Complimentary Resort Transportation, but having your car waiting for your at the end of your long day is definitely worth it.

    Bon Appétit!
