Are there any breakfast food items-(bagel, muffin, danish, yogurt) that would be considered a "snack" on the dining plan?

Yes. Depending on the restaurant, all of the items you mention might be considered snacks on the Disney Dining Plan. The basic rule of thumb is that if you are purchasing a single-serve food item and it retails for less than $4, then chances are it will be considered a snack on the Disney Dining Plan. There are many bread, fruit, and dairy breakfast-type items that fall into this category.

When in doubt, just ask a cast member at the restaurant or shop. And don't forget to look for the Dining Plan snack symbol on signage. This is a small purple and white checkerboard with a picture of a cup on it.  Food items marked with this symbol qualify as snacks.

    Happy dining!
