Hello, we have 3 boys who will be 5, 3, and 1. I've been debating between the value, moderate, and deluxe resorts. Which resort do you think we would be most comfortable at, as well as have a fun atmosphere for the kids? I'm hoping for a fun pool, etc.

Generally speaking, Lori, resort amenities increase the higher resort category you choose.  That's not to say, though, that fun can't be had at the value resorts.  It can be difficult to help someone choose which resort category is right for them without knowing some specifics.  For starters, often times the vacation budget will be a deciding factor.  Of course, knowing exactly what you value most during your vacations would be helpful, too.  If, for instance, you plan on spending minimal time at the resort, I'd definitely recommend a value so as to free up those vacation dollars to spend elsewhere.  If you're more the type of family to dine at your home resort and lounge around by the pool, I'd lean towards deluxe.  Also take into consideration location (monorail resorts offer unbeatable convenience for families with young children) and theme.  You may base your decision in part on the interests of your kids; if they have a wild side, for example, a stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge may be for you!  In short, the resort category you choose should be determined by your personal budget, vacation preferences, and interests.  Once you narrow those down a bit come on back and ask another question for help in choosing precisely the right property for your stay!
