My boyfriend and I are going to WDW for the first time. We will be there for 3 days and i want to make the best of our time. Which theme parks would we most enjoy and have activities for adults?

    Alisha:

Although I'm a kid at heart and love the Magic Kingdom with my husband as much as my children, I admit that Epcot has a higher concentration of activities for adults, especially if you visit during one of their events like the International Flower & Garden Festival, the Food & Wine Festival or Candlelight Processional.

Most of its headliner attractions require that you meet a certain height requirement which makes it less appealing to pint-size guests but more of a thrill for the adult set. Make sure you allow time for Soarin', Test Track, Mission: Space, Spaceship Earth and the under-appreciated Sum of All Thrills. Each country's pavilion in the World Showcase section of Epcot showcases a shopping venue with items unique to each country and entertainment like the new Lumberjack Show at the Canadian Pavilion or my favorite: the acrobats in China's pavilion. The dining at Epcot also offers much more than the other parks. Enjoy a romantic dinner at Monsieur Paul, dinner under the stars at San Angel Inn, or a drink at La Cava del Tequila just to name a few.

Bottom line: if you were dropped off at any of the parks, I assure you there'd be plenty to enjoy but Epcot tops the list.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
