Hi! My boyfriend and I are going to disney world and and staying on disney property our check-in date is on a Sunday, can we go to the parks when we arrive around noon? Do we have to let the hotel know? Can we check-in around 9-930? Thanks

    Hello, Jayme!

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Like you, I want to head straight to a theme park as soon as I arrive on Walt Disney World Resort property. You are welcome to check-in at your Disney Resort hotel early in the day; however, there is no guarantee your resort room will be ready for you. If your room is ready, then you can drop your bags and head on to the theme park of your choice. If not, you can leave your luggage with Bell Services. Once you return from the theme park and get settled in your room, give them a call to bring your items to your room. Either way, you can begin your theme park adventure early in the day.

I suggest Online Resort Check-In, which will expedite your check-in process before you arrive on property. All the information you would typically give to the Front Desk during regular check-in (credit card for charges, room requests, arrival and departure times) can be taken care at your convenience online. Guests who participate in online check-in have the option to be notified via text message when the resort room is ready. This Direct-to-Room service allows you to bypass the Front Desk and go straight to your room. Keep in mind that there may be times this service is unavailable or subject to change without notice.

I hope this helps with your planning! Please let us know if we can answer other questions you may have. We are happy to help!
