    I bought two tickets for WDW & received confirmation of my purchase. When I try and link these tickets in my Disney account to obtain a Fastpass+, it asks for the ticket id #. I don’t see this info anywhere on my confirmation email. Please help!

    It looks like your Walt Disney World vacation will be here soon! That's so exciting!

    When you purchased your theme park admission, you should have received an email confirmation. This confirmation will include the confirmation number, the type of ticket purchased, and the date(s) of your park tickets. This is the number you'll use to link your tickets to your account. My confirmation listed the number in both the email subject and in the email itself below the barcode. If you haven't received a confirmation email, please double check any spam folders. If you still don't see it, you'll want to call Guest Services at (407) 566-4985 for assistance.

    If you've located this number, then log into My Disney Experience, either online or via the mobile app, to link the tickets. Once you're logged in, look for the "Park Tickets" option. You should be able to enter the confirmation code right there. If for any reason you encounter a problem, please contact the My Disney Experience support team at (407) 939-4357.
