I bought tickets online and selected the deliver by mail option. I received an email with the Tickets Confirmation Number, but when I try to use this number to link my tickets to my account, it doesn't work. What's happening?

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Juliana!

I’m sorry to hEAR you’re having trouble linking your electronic tickets to your My Disney Experience account. It sounds like there may just be a glitch in the system, and hopefully a quick phone call to the Existing Tickets or My Disney Experience helpline can get you squared away.

In the meantime, try logging completely out of your My Disney Experience account and logging back in again. If you’re using your My Disney Experience mobile app, tap the three lines in the lower right-hand corner of the screen and then choose “Tickets and Passes.” From here, tap the blue button with the white plus sign in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and choose “Link Tickets & Passes.” Then tap the “Where is the ID number?” link to compare the options with the possible ticket numbers you have on hand.

If you’re logging into your My Disney Experience account via a computer, you’ll click “My Plans” after logging into your account. Then choose “Add More Plans” and then “Tickets.” Swipe or click through the “Sample Cards” to see the potential options for the placement of your Ticket ID Numbers.

I hope one of these options will get your tickets successfully linked to your My Disney Experience account, Juliana. Once linked, you’ll be able to make your FastPass+ reservations up to 60 days in advance of your visit if you’re staying at an official Walt Disney World Resort hotel; otherwise you can make your selections up to 30 days in advance. Please let us know if you have any additional questions about that process; we’re always more than happy to help.
