    Hello! We bought tickets to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, but they're not showing up in MyDisneyExperience.com or on the app. Is there a way to get them to show up on our itinerary? Thanks!!

    Hi Sandy,

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!  Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is such a great way to celebrate the holiday season!  I attended for the first time last December and am counting the days until I'm back on Main Street, U.S.A., sipping hot cocoa and watching the snow fall.

    You can link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account through the website or the My Disney Experience mobile app.  Just look for "My Reservations and Tickets" under "Plan and Manage."  From there, find the "Tickets and Passes" section and you'll see the option to link your tickets and then you'll be able to use your Will Call Confirmation Number or Ticket ID to add those to your account.  The app also has a super handy option that lets you scan your tickets if you have them with you.  If you run into any trouble, just give the helpful Cast Members a call at (407) 939-4357.
