    I bought my tickets on the app and I am trying to get the fast pass but is just tells me that my tickets are allready liked to my account... it wont let me go any further to choose my times... 😢

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Let me see if I can help guide you to a solution.

    You don't say whether you have reservations at a Walt Disney World resort. If you do not, that could be the issue. Guests at onsite resorts can book FastPass+ reservations 60 days in advance of their visits. Other guests can book FastPass+ 30 days in advance. 

    If you are not staying at a Walt Disney World resort, you are not yet in your FastPass+ window, which would explain why it is not letting proceed any further.

    If you are staying at a resort, there could be an issue with your reservation link in My Disney Experience. I would double-check to be sure your resort reservation is showing in your My Disney Experience account. If you are still having problems, then you may need to call for assistance in resetting the links.
