I just bought a ticket online from the Disneyland website but it's for our second visit. How can I unlink this ticket from my account so that we don't mix up our two tickets? Can't find the delete button on the app.

    Hi Duncan!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for bringing your question our way!

I recently visited the Disneyland Resort using a multi-day Park Hopper ticket. I linked the ticket to the Disneyland App on my smartphone. I also have my Flex Annual Passport linked on the App as well. I used the barcode on my App to scan in at the turnstile and the Cast Member asked if I had made a Flex Passport reservation that day. I had accidentally pulled up the wrong barcode. I quickly swiped to the correct ticket and was admitted into the park. But it did cause a bit of confusion throughout the day, including when I was making Disney FASTPASS selections using Disney MaxPass. I had to be sure to select the correct ticket from the App when making my FASTPASS reservations. So I can understand why you’d want to remove the tickets you don’t intend to use!

If you do not have a “Remove This Ticket” option when you log in to your account, I recommend contacting Guest Information at (714) 781-INFO (714-781-4636). A Cast Member there will be more than happy to assist you with removing those tickets from your account.

Did you know the Disneyland App can be used to place Mobile Food & Beverage Orders? I use it all the time to skip the line at my favorite dining locations. I recently placed an order for at the new Toydaria Swirl at the Milk Stand in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge! It’s a delicious combination of sweet Green Milk and savory Lime Seasoning. I definitely recommend trying it for yourself!

Thanks for stopping by and please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with more questions!
