Hi! I bought park tickets through a vendor in my country. Is there any way to link those tickets to my account as i did it for Disney Orlando tickets before? Thanks in advance!

    Hello, Carolina!

That’s a great idea to be as prepared as you can before your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. Some authorized Disneyland Resort ticket sellers send you Disney eTickets. Others may send you vouchers which may be exchanged for tickets at the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance ticket booths. If you have Disney eTickets, you may take them directly to the park entrance turnstiles to redeem your printed ticket. Or, if you choose, you may scan your eTicket into the Disneyland mobile app. If you happen to have vouchers that don’t scan into the app, don’t worry. You will be able to scan your tickets into the app immediately after redeeming them at the ticket booths. The process of linking your tickets or eTickets is quick and easy. Simply visit the “Tickets and Passes” section of the app and tap on the ‘+’ symbol in the upper-right corner of the app to reveal the “Link Tickets & Passes” button.

If the tickets you purchased include Disney MaxPass, you will be able to make Disney FASTPASS selections as soon as you use the tickets for admission into one or the other of the parks at the Disneyland Resort. If your tickets don’t already include MaxPass but you think you’d like to try it out, you may use the Disneyland app to purchase the MaxPass service to add on to your tickets. Just link your tickets in the app, add a form of payment, and tap the ‘+’ symbol at the bottom of the screen to bring up the “Get FASTPASS with Disney MaxPass” button. Again, you must have already used your tickets to enter a park before you can use the Disneyland app to begin making FASTPASS selections. That’s a little different from the way Disney FastPass+ works at the Walt Disney World Resort. At the Disneyland Resort, you won’t need to make FASTPASS selections before you arrive for your vacation.

Carolina, you are going to have a Fantasmic! Time at “Disneyland, Walt Disney’s Original Magic Kingdom.” We look forward to helping you with your vacation plans should you have any more questions.
