    We bought 2 multi day passes a few years ago and they still had time on them, one of them got lost, how do we replace that One? ( we still have the receipt)

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Oh, those tickets are worth gold. Older tickets have some special stipulations.

    I suggest you contact Guest Relations at (407) 939-7523 to discuss these existing tickets. Even though you still have the receipt they may not have tracked how many days were used thus preventing you from being able to use the ticket. Let's wish upon a star that the Cast Member will be able to help you. Here is one policy about converting old tickets but a Cast Member will be more specific with your needs.

    Disney Dad Tip: To help prevent this issue in the future I suggest making photos of the fronts and backs of your theme park tickets. Having the theme park ticket ID will help save time if a ticket needs to be reissued.
