    Bought MagicBands online @ DisneyShop and successfully linked in DisneyExp to all members of party. Doing an early online check-in and see that I can decline "new ones". If I decline, will that mess up my linked FP+/Dining reservations? Thanks!

    Hello George! You are less than one month away from your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I hope you have your countdown to Disney started!

    I recently did exactly what you are asking about! I am happy to share that you will not have any trouble. As long as the MagicBands that you purchased are now linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can go ahead and decline the new bands. The bands that you are declining are the complimentary resort provided MagicBands. I just stayed at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, purchased my own band, and selected the decline option on My Disney Experience prior to my travel. I had no problem retrieving Magical Express, tickets, or dining reservations with my purchased MagicBand.

    While the complimentary MagicBands are colorful and serve all of the functions necessary for a great trip, my family loves the option to upgrade our MagicBands at shopdisney.com! There are so many great choices available! The option to choose a favorite character or attraction really gets us excited for our trip!
