    I bought magic bands for my granddaughter and myself. I linked them to my account, hotel, tickets, fastpass, dining reservations but when I go online and look the are active and her character is there buy mine is not. Will they both work with cc and acct

    I'm sure you are fine but given that you will be at Walt Disney World Resort in 4 short days, I want to confirm that everything is as it should be with your My Disney Experience account.

    Please give the amazing Cast Members with My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+ a call at (407) 939-4357. They will assist you with your account and make sure you are ready to enjoy the magic at Walt Disney World Resort.

    I have called in a handful of times with questions regarding my account. The Cast Members are always so patient and friendly. They help me navigate through My Disney Experience to ensure my account is set up the way it needs to be. I know they will do the same for you.
