If I bought a holiday shirt from a pavilion in Epcot, and it’s a bit too large. Would I be able to return that shirt to a similar pavilion in Magic Kingdom if they have one, or do I have to return it to the original purchase place in Epcot?

    Hi, Stephen!

Oh, how I love to shop! And I love Disney. Combine the two, and I am in my own magical paradise! You will find no shortage of shopping whether in the Disney theme parks, resorts, or Disney Springs.

You are welcome to return your items to a location other than where you purchased it. For example, I recently bought a shirt at the Emporium in the Magic Kingdom and returned it to the gift shop in my Disney Resort hotel. Now, please be aware that if you purchase from an independent store in Epcot or in Disney Springs, their return policy may be different, so make sure to inquire before making your purchase on your return options. Most locations will have a fitting room area so you can try before you buy!

When chatting with the Cast Member about the return policy, also ask if they offer any discounts such as Annual Pass, Disney Chase Visa, DVC, or any other affiliations you might have. A discount on top of all the shopping fun is almost too much for any Mouseketeer to handle. (But let's face it, we are all up for the challenge!)

If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you might want to take advantage of package delivery to your resort. Just tell a Cast Member what resort you are staying at, and your packages will be delivered there by the next day. This is especially convenient for large or bulky items. Delivery right to your home is also available for a fee.

Happy Shopping to you during your visit to Walt Disney World!
