We bought a 3 day park ticket and we will be there a 4th day due to flight changes. Check out is at 11. We were told we could stay on resort all day. Are there other things to do on resort besides swim the whole day? Or should I get extra day ticket?

    Hi Misty,

Thanks so much for your question. How exciting that you get a bonus day at the Walt Disney World Resort!

Resort hotel activities vary depending on the Disney Resort hotel in which you stay. I suggest checking with a Cast Member at your Resort to request a list of current activities during your visit. You may have options like bike rental, spa services, pool parties and more.

Remember, you are not limited to your Resort hotel. You always have the option of visiting other Disney Resort hotels for tasty dining, recreation or spa services. You won't be able to swim at any other Resort hotels, but the possibilities for fun are virtually endless!

When my family has time to spend away from the parks, we often find ourselves at Downtown Disney Area either shopping, eating delicious sushi at Splitsville Luxury Lanes or simply enjoying the atmosphere and Florida sunshine.

Finally, if you just can't enough of the parks, you may want to add a day to your tickets. If you do this, make sure you decide before your last day is redeemed or it will no longer be an option.

I hope this gives you some ideas for your extra Disney day. If you ask me, it's a great problem to have. Enjoy your vacation, Misty!
