We bought the 4 day hopper military tickets. They are paper vouchers. Can we turn them in at Disney springs before we go to the parks? I also have $400 worth of Disney gift cards. Can they be loaded onto magic bands?

    Hi Melanie,
Thanks for submitting your question to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You mentioned that you purchased exchange vouchers for Disney Military Promotional Tickets; we are a military family as well and we would like to extend our thanks for your service.

You may exchange those vouchers for tickets at any ticket window at a theme park or at Guest Relations at any of the four theme parks, both water parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and Disney Springs.  Please be sure to bring your military ID with you, as it is required for ticket activation.  In case you weren't aware, the codes on the back of your vouchers may be entered into My Disney Experience to help you make FastPass+ selections prior to arrival.  If you are not staying in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you may make those selections 30 days prior to each day of your trip; if you are staying in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you may make your selections 60 days prior to your arrival for the duration of your stay.

Regarding your gift cards, they may not be directly linked to your MagicBands.  If you are staying in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you may use those gift cards to help pay your final bill prior to checking out; you may still use your MagicBands for charging during your stay.

Melanie, I hope this helps with your vacation planning.  Have a magical visit!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.
